Brian is a senior level management consultant with an entrepreneurial approach and strong business acumen. He has attained a long record of success in providing leadership to government and private sector initiatives in both IT and business. Over the past 27 years Brian has focused on business transformation and information technologies at an enterprise level with the majority of his career consulting to the Government of British Columbia. A combination of experience and education have afforded Brian a breadth of knowledge spanning change management, business process renewal, and a comprehensive understanding of Information Technologies in multiple industries.

Brian’s focus is on Organizational Change Management, Business Process Management, and IT Service Management.

Sector experience includes public sector healthcare, technology, advanced education, human resources, and manufacturing.

Rose-Marie Roxburgh,

Rose-Marie brings over 25 years of senior level operational, and sales and marketing experience from hotel and resort, and media sectors, and most recently from the higher education environment where she directed business operations in Student Affairs’ ancillary services.  She brings a strong and diverse business acumen partnered with the exceptional ability to motivate and mentor teams while driving performance in changing business environments.  Rose-Marie has board chair experience from the Chamber of Commerce, a business advocacy organization, and has contributed as board member in a variety of not-for-profit organizations. Her passion for people, learning, community and business fuels her ability to assess, design, implement, and manage change in any business environment.

Rose-Marie holds an MBA in Executive Management (specializing in Management Consulting), as well as Organizational Change Management and Lean Professional Certifications from Acuity Institute School of Business Leadership.

Eric Anderson,

Management Consultant

Eric has more than 28 years’ experience in process improvement and design, performance measurement, quality systems, and organizational excellence, in both the private and public sectors. He has led multi-disciplinary teams in initiatives ranging from supply chain, marine transportation, forest products, and land management to road safety and gaming enforcement. He has undertaken related engagements for public sector clients such as the B.C. Ministries of Forests, Lands, and Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development; Public Safety and Solicitor General; Transportation and Infrastructure; the OCIO; and ICBC. He has delivered his services in Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.

Eric focuses on three main practice areas: business process improvement, change management, and business excellence.

His sector experience includes smart government, transportation and infrastructure, public sector health care and justice systems, as well technology innovation industries. He has played significant roles in public sector transformation initiatives, particularly in the natural resource administration sector.

Gerry Bliss,

For the past 20 years he has provided information governance and risk management services to senior levels of government and the private sector.  Using an information asset and risk accountability perspective, Gerry enables large organizations with extensive information holdings to set and achieve privacy and security goals and meet compliance targets. With C-level experience developing, implementing, and evaluating privacy and security policy and infrastructure and assessing privacy impact and risk mitigation, Gerry has helped his clients achieve success in establishing a privacy aware business culture and a workforce that is enabled to protect corporate information assets.
